Refund and Returns Policy

At BlissDecor, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected]. We will provide you with a return shipping label.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email us at [email protected].

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Sale items are non-refundable unless defective.
